1. Meditation For Stress Management:
You will learn the different technique of meditation which is helpful to cope with your daily life stress and chronic stress. On this time you will learn Soul meditation, So-Ham meditation, mindfulness meditation, Jyoti meditation, breathing meditation, dynamic meditation, etc.
Also, you will learn how to balance our energy centers (chakra) and how to heal immediately in stressful conditions. These different techniques of meditation will help to develop your conscious level and provide you a new way of living. You will achieve the idea of how to keep up practice when you go back home.
2. Yoga Asana For Stress Management:
On this two-week Stress management yoga retreat in Nepal you will learn to train the body for strength, vitality, and flexibility. An inflexible body is home of disease. If the body is inflexible we could not feel fresh and lightness.
If the body is not flexible bio-energy and blood could not circulate properly and cause the blockages in different nerves and blood channel which create different problems.
This is the place to be aware of every part of your body. The practice of awareness is the key source to keep you in the present moment. We are teaching yoga Asana (Poses) with an awareness of movement and breathing.
Asana is a good way to train the body which relieves tension from muscles, nerves, and bones and finally help to reduce the mental tension. We teach yoga asana for energizing and relaxation, this will help to manage the stressful life.
We are teaching yoga poses according to the level of a student at the same time beginner can practice beginner level and advance student can go in more advanced level.
Our teacher will provide you a different variation of the same asana. You will benefit according to your capacity, physiology, and flexibility. We focus flexibility of the body as well as your flexibility of mind and ego.
3. Pranayama For Stress Management
