One night two days yoga retreat course is suitable for those who have limited time and wants to experience the yoga and meditation retreat. This class is suitable for beginners as well as experienced yoga practitioner. If someone is beginner, he/she can experience the yoga for the first time and can make the pathway towards the peace and bliss by means of Yoga and Meditation. If someone is habitual in yoga practice he can deepen his yoga practice. You will get the yoga Asana, Mindful meditation, Relaxation, Sunsalutation , Stretching , Chanting according to our schedule of one day yoga retreat package.

We will start the day with Yoga posture (Yoga Asana) class and end with question answer session or celebration (sometime camp fire, sometimes singing, sometimes dancing, sometimes chanting bhajana, sometimes sharing jokes and story). We have question answer session at the end of day and one can clear his/her doubt about yoga and meditation at that time.

We found that many people goes to trek and loves to stay their last night at very quiet and peaceful place and wish to experience some different things at last day at Nepal. For those people this yoga retreat package is very good and they can get what they are searching for. We are at very quiet and peaceful place near the Kathmandu  at the lap of Nagarjun National park. So our beauty is Nature and yoga class with  Highly experience yoga Teacher

This course is designed for 24 hrs (i.e check in 12 pm and check out 12 pm on the next day)

Schedule for one night two day yoga retreat course is as shown below:

Day first:

12 pm Check in
12.00 to 2.00 pm Sight scene, Country side hiking etc.
2.00 to 2.30 pm Lunch
2.30 to 3.30 pm Rest
3.30  to 4.30 pm Meditation
4.30 to 5.00 pm Tea break
5.00 to 6.00 pm Pranayama
6.00 to 6.30 pm Sunsalutation + Stretching/ introduction of yoga.
6.30 to 7.00 pm Dinner
7.00 to 8.00 pm Celebration, question answer etc
8.00 pm Bed

Day second:

6.30  to 8.00 am Yoga Asanas (Yoga Posture)
8.00 to 8.30 am Tea break
8.30 to 9.30  am Self practice
9.30 to 10.00 am Breakfast
10.00 to 11.00 am Rest
11.00 to 12.00 Pm Yogic Relaxation
12 pm check Out
