We are designing this holiday yoga-meditation retreat course in such a way that you can visit the interesting places of Kathmandu during daytime and participate in the yoga and meditation classes at morning and evening time. After completing the morning class you can visit the most popular Tourist destinations near Kathmandu valley. You will back to our retreat at evening (about 4 pm) after that you can participate the yoga-meditation classes. If you want to tour yourself that’s fine, we will give you good guidelines. Otherwise, we can manage you the guide and taxi driver but you have to pay yourself for a guide and taxi driver.

Boudhanath Stupa: Bouddhanath Stupa is UNESCO WorldBauddhaHeritage Site. It is located at 11 kilometers from the Kathmandu valley. This is the most important stupas outside of Tibet and one of the largest stupas in the world. Sankhu is believed to be the old entrance from Tibet to Kathmandu, which is near to Boudhanath Temple. An ancient and smaller stupa of Chabahil Charumati Bihar is located just in about the distance of 2.5 kilometers from Boudhanath. Charumati Bihar is known as Little Buddha.

Swayambhunath: it is an ancient religious architecture atop a hill in the Kathmandu Valley west of Kathmandu city. It is also known as the Monkey Temple as there are holy monkeys living in the north-west parts of the temple.
Dhulikhel: it is a scenic and ancient town situated 30 kilometers east of Kathmandu
Namo Buddha: It is situated on a hill above Panauti. There is an amazing story concerned with the Buddha which is commemorated by an ancient stone slab and a Stupa with the all-seeing eyes of Lord Buddha. According to the legend, one of the earlier Buddha offered his own flesh to a hungry tiger unable to feed her hungry cubs. It is also 3 hrs. trekking from Dhulikhel through a number of small villages.
Chobhar: Chobhar is famous for its gorge said to have been cut by the Manjushri to drain the water from the Kathmandu Valley which was at that time a lake
Sundarijal: It is famous for their scenic beauty.There are magnificent waterfalls, cataracts, and rock formations. It is an ideal place for picnic requiring a short walk after the motorable road.

Phulchoki: Phulchocki is a 2791 meter hill and a good hiking spot as it offers a spectacular view of the whole Kathmandu Valley
Narayanhiti Royal Palace: This is the present Royal Palace. In the south, there is the famous historic water spout of Narayanhity from which the Palace derives its name. Special permission has to be obtained to go inside the Royal Palace compound.
Bhaktapur Durbar Square: The Golden Gate is the entrance to the main courtyard of the palace of 55 windows built by King Ranjit Mall. It was listed in the UNESCO World Heritage Monument list in 1979 AD.
Machchhendranath Temple: The temple of Sweta Machchhendranath is situated at Machchhendra Bahal between Indra Chowk and Asan. It is a pagoda of considerable artistic beauty. Also called Janmadyo or Machchhendra the deity.
