How to Do the Heart Chakra Meditation- Are you purifying the Anahata Chakra? Visualizing the green color light with some positive affirmation is one way. This short meditation for the Heart Chakra Meditation helps you let go of grief and fear while increasing your capacity for compassion and love. Keeping the spine straight, shoulders relaxed, and the chest open is important while sitting tall. The knuckles of the thumbs should be softly pressed into the sternum at the heart level while inhaling (you should feel a little notch where the knuckles magically fit).

Relax your abdominal and chest muscles by taking gentle, even breaths. Close your eyes or soften your sight. Do not allow your mind to be occupied with anything other than the sensation of your breath moving in and out of your body.
