Ranging from accommodation, to lunch, dinner and breakfast, your yoga and meditation classes, to certification of the course is included in the course fee. The meals served at yoga ashram (Nepal Yoga Home) is prepared by experienced women in family environment. The food is sattvic, vegetarian and fresh. Most of the foods are prepared instantly after bringing from the local village and garden.
